The lowering of Queen's Road West has been abandoned and I further recommend that the Road from Plantation Road to Magazine Gap and the proposed Improved Road from Aberdeen to Wongneichong be
also abandoned.
As regards the former I am of opinion the construction of this road is practicably impossible except at enormous cost.
